A Fish Bag can be consumed in exchange for other items. It may also be used to apply a tool bonus to a tool.
How to Obtain[]
A Fish Bag can be received at the Plaza once per week as a Care Package. To make the Fish Bag available as a weekly option, it must first be unlocked by donating at least 450 items to the Museum.
A Fish Bag can also be obtained from a Recovered Archive.

Opening a Fish Bag will consume it in exchange for the following:

Using "Cook or Combine" with a Fish Bag and any tool will apply Bonus: Fisherman's.
